 Cassie McLelland of Mansfield, Texas can give you a few tips to making an amazing Halloween costume.Cassie’s son Caleb McLelland, 9, was diagnosed with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus. This condition has limited Caleb’s mobility, requiring him to use a wheelchair or a walker to move.
Halloween costume, Caleb and Cassie have that covered and smothered. Caleb’s wheelchair has had some tricked out designs in the past years, batmobile, Mario go-kart, and Caleb as a construction worker driving a backhoe.
