Utah Jazz sign 5-year-old boy with leukemia for a day!
The NBA’s Utah Jazz signed a new basketball player, with the type of size that shocks.
The 5-year-old J.P. Gibson had his own press conference, where he signed a one day contract, in crayon.
After he signed, J.P. entered the Utah’s scrimmage game sporting a number one jersey.
He got to dribble down the court, toward the basket, where center Rudy Gobert lifted him up so he could dunk.
J.P. is battling acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
“He’s been fighting cancer longer than he has not been in his little life,” said J.P.’s mother Megan Gibson.
